    Are you looking to start with SEO and GBP first while Ads run in parallel, or would you prefer Ads to launch first for quicker visibility while the SEO foundation builds?

    I’m interested in this as Google Ads, SEO and local Google visibility are all areas I work with regularly.

    Before submitting a proposal, could I just clarify what the £150 budget is intended to cover?

    From the brief, there are potentially three separate areas of work: Google Ads, organic SEO and Google Business Profile/local search optimisation.

    I’d normally recommend starting by reviewing what is already in place, identifying the quickest opportunities, and then prioritising the work rather than spreading a limited budget too thinly across everything.

    Is £150 intended as an initial setup/review budget, with scope for ongoing work afterwards, or is that the total budget for the whole 1–2 week project?

    Also, would the actual Google Ads media spend be separate from the project fee?
