Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
Hi,
I run a small software company that develops, hosts and supports a range of bespoke business applications all of which store/process personal data in various quantities/categories.
We do quite a bit of 'stuff' around support, updates, security, business continuity/disaster recovery, etc, however, we are a little light on records, processes & procedures....around delivery, use, storage and disposal....admin, technical, and information security safeguards.
I think there are probably 3 parts to what we need...
1. An initial phone call so I can understand what we need to have in place to cover the above as part of our GDPR compliance.
2. There may be somethings that are simple and we can implement them ourselves, other parts we may ask you for support.
3. We put quite a lof of effort into GDPR compliance when it was a hot topic back in 2018, then stuff happened and we dropped it....so we should probably complete a full review of everything this year and then have a review/check at least annually.
Notes:
(i) We are a small business, we don't have a lot of time available to point 1 above we can complete immediately, point 2 depending on what is needed may take us 1-2 months to complete (just being realistic!), point 3 I will be happy about if we can complete a full review by the end of this year and we are looing something like compliant.
(ii) We are a small business on a small budget.
Kind Regards
Mark
