About the role

We’re a UK company looking for an experienced UK GDPR / Data Protection Consultant to support us as an Interim Privacy Lead.

The work is mainly practical and advisory, including support with Subject Access Requests (SARs) and general privacy compliance.
This is not a statutory DPO role and does not include HR responsibilities.

What you’ll help with

Advising on UK GDPR compliance

Supporting and overseeing SARs

Working with our IT provider where needed

Reviewing or updating privacy documents

Helping us prioritise next steps sensibly

What we’re looking for

Solid UK GDPR knowledge

Real experience handling SARs

Comfortable working with small/medium businesses

Clear, practical communication style

Privacy certifications are welcome but not essential.
