Feasibility study for a microfinance bank

I am looking for a very experienced consultant to assist me in putting together a feasibility study for the establishment of a Microfinance Bank. Data has been collected from the field, and the project is half completed. The project needs someone that can pull things together so that potential investors can make a decision. The project sponsor has experience in this area,but very busy on other projects at the moment. It is important that those that are bidding for this project have the ability to put this together. I will provide technical input.
