I am building a mobile app/online tool that will merge job postings with user resumes.
All I have so far is a high level technical design.
I need an Executive Strategy that will cover:
- Business plan
- Technology analysis: Analysis of various technologies available to achieve my goal with pros and cons
- To do list for the next 1m/3m/6m/1y/5y (to get me from where I am to having the tool running on the web and in app stores)
- Financial Plan (a view of how much the plan will take to implement)
Ideal candidate will have experience in the following
- Tech start ups
- Machine Learning
- Artificial Intelligence
