Estimating spreadsheet template in excel for home extension and New build house

General information for the business: Building contractor
Description of excel work: we are looking for a template in excel for tenders of housing extensions and new build houses. we are looking to produce a generic template that we can then fill out for each new enquiry we receive.

ideally we want the template to cover all aspects then we can price the relevant items for each tender.
Extra notes:
Just updating this job we are looking for a quantity surveyor/estimator or someone of that knowledge who's knows what elements go into each stage of a build so they can produce a estimate sheet we can use for each project for example foundations, brickwork, carpentry etc etc
