CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB (MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH WRITTEN AND VERBAL )
**We have available 3 Shifts patterns, please indicate indicate which is most appropriate for you, 5-7days a week. We Operate on GMT london so you need to be able to fulfil your delegated time.
8am - 1pm
1pm - 6pm
6pm- 11pm
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about orders, products and services.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
deal directly with customers either by telephone, chat or email
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
provide pricing and delivery information
perform customer verifications
process orders, forms, applications and requests
organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
manage customers' accounts
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
prepare and distribute customer activity reports
maintain customer databases
manage administration
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
request and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* This is a long term position , You will be required to undertake a one week trial process. Hourlie rate is based on experience and country of origin.
