Developer Needed Urgently

We need a developer who can help generate a dynamic on the fly updated html page of all the folders (and files) of our Google drive using the Google Drive SDK.

Problem:
Right now we have lots of files in Google drive. We would like to have another view of the files in there (hundreds).

Proposed solution:
A dynamic on the fly updated html page (similar to a website's sitemap) of all the folders (and files) of our Google drive.
We believe this can be done using the Google Drive SDK but we aren't sure.

The information we want to see in the dynamic (non static, updated either with click of button or when page is loaded) HTML sitemap of drive is:
- Each folder
- File name (ideally underneath its relevant folder structure)
- Owner
- Who has access to the file
- Clickable link to the file/folder
