Default bespoke Excel template build

I need a bespoke Excel template set-up, to a client's specification, with all template files transferrable so that this can be installed on the client's office system. We will supply brand guidelines and logo assets.

Brief from client:

Default language: British English
Font: as per Group style guide
Colours as per Style guide - notably charts
Margins, header and footer as in this document
Please advise re logo placement; logo will need to vay with estate


Default charts:

Line: 1-4 series
2D line chart: 2 series
Bar: 1 series
Stacked bar: up to 5 series
Grouped bar: up to 5 series
Pie chart: up to 8 series
Waterfall chart: up to 5 series

Settings:
No title
Chart area: no fill; no border
Major tick marks outside axis; no minor tick marks
Label next to axis
Font size: 9pt
Axis label alignment:
Vertical: Centre mid
Horizontal: (where necessary) rotate 270 degrees
Size: 4.5" H x 7.5" W
Move but don't size with cells
