Data Mining email addresses and contact details, of all companies within 50 miles

I want the email address phone number, company name, company website, location address and postcode of every single company that is within 100 miles of a specific post code I will give you in the United Kingdom.

It will be companies that are in the automotive industry. I want it in three categories ideally:

Car Dealerships
Car Repair Garages
Car Bodyshops

You can use things such as LinkedIn, yell.com, google, motorcodes, www.findmeagarage.co.uk, www.motangel.co.uk, www.dealerdirectory.co.uk, http://good-garage-guide.honestjohn.co.uk/, http://www.garagesandrecovery.co.uk/, http://www.trustagarage.com/

There are tonnes out there.

What I am really looking for is to have a database of "specific people" who I can then reach out to. So not the generic contact form email address. But I know this is very difficult to achieve.

Maybe a list of names of the CEO business owners would be an "add-on" to this database collection.

So yes, build me a list of 2000-3000 companies who I can provide value to.
