CRM implementation

We require assistance with implementing a CRM system into our business. We do not currently have a CRM package and we are looking for consultancy on which platform would best suit our needs.

Our company carries out testing & certification to surfaces and we need to approach potential customers when their surfaces are due for their annual / bi annual testing. We would like to be able to track also any leads that are created through our website. The CRM package would need to be tweaked to our exact needs and would require 3 to 4 users.
