Description of support work: Create a simple form in Access that can be used to allow phone staff to capture customer details when an enquiry is made. They will need to note customer information plus a couple of additional variables. We will also need a couple of very simple reports on those variables.
The system will need to be shared by up to 4 people at once so the forms will need to sit locally with the database on the server.
