Clean my Mac mail contacts list

I want someone to go through my contacts in mail (the mac address book) and do the following task:
Look up each person on Linkedin - if found, copy over their Linkedin photo (if there is no photo) into my contact. Insert their email under work email, even if there is already an email or another work email. I have 900 cards. Many will not be on Linked in. If this is the case, then a note saying not on Linkedin should be inserted in the notes section.
