Business plan and set up follow by a NDA

Hi, when you have an Idea is hard to put all together, if you are not an expert is more difficult, is difficult to trust someone as well as to make a plan and delegate serious people.

I need to make a business plan from a scratch of some information and a little drow , not easy ? I could write it down some thing with my broken english but I'm sure we can do it on the way,I don't have a certain deadline but of course quicker I do faster I could find funds and start everything.

The business plan is about an online business in the fitness and wellbeing industry.
