Business Analysis : Requirements for a new Software Solution

We are in search of an experienced business analyst for a short-term project aimed at evaluating our existing software licensing system and articulating requirements for an advanced solution. The analyst will collaborate on-site in Surbiton with our team to identify essential and desirable features, informed by their insights into the current system's functionality and user needs. Emphasis will be placed on customer portal requirements for license visibility. This engagement is expected to span three to five days, with half of that time dedicated to on-site activities. Deliverables will include a Request for Proposal (RFP) for prospective vendors and a comprehensive analysis of potential options, accompanied by a categorised requirements spreadsheet delineating "Must Have," "Should Have," and "Could Have" criteria, encompassing user experience considerations.
