Amazon - Advertising Account Management

Greetings!

I am looking for an amazon ads expert, who can come in and work on managing the advertisement platform and conduct review meetings on a weekly basis and implement strategies to improve ROAS and TROAS. The person will be solely managing the amazon business for a new healthcare brand. The person will be responsible for any graphics works involved if any.

The ideal person will:

1. Have experience for building amazon businesses in the UK and with an extension the EU (however not essential).
2. Should have a thorough understanding of the appropriate campaign selections, asins research, improving impressions, CTR and conversions.
3. Should have an understanding of the Amazon DSP.

I have a thorough understanding myself, however do not have the bandwidth to manage all of this myself and hence looking for help. We will conduct weekly review meetings, however, at times may request an adhoc meet. Someone local will be best preferred.
