Advanced SEO work for 1 website

Over the years I have used a few SEO consultants, they tend to start off well and then get complacent or dont deliver, my background is in IT so recently I have been taking care of my sites SEO but its time to get someone else on board.

What I am looking for is a real expert, someone who can take my site to the next level, currently alot of my work comes from Local SEO and Google My Business, I do though rank well for alot of relevant keywords in my industry, the main one Lie Detector Test I bounce between 2 and 3 organically. I refer work to others which brings in some income and I would like to expand on this.

I would like a monthly quote of what you would charge, when needed I have no issue in purchasing other services to complement yours on your advice. Budget below was added by default, so let me know what you would charge a month, if your figure has lots of zeros in it dont bother quoting as I am a small business!
