PLATFORM
Our system shall be a powerful and configurable platform that runs a diverse range loyalty and rewards programs. It shall enable the organizations to create loyalty campaigns without the help of IT staff. It delivers a full range of analytics, marketing, and service capabilities that help you better understand each customer's lifetime value and design service levels and promotions that maximize the potential of all your customer relationships.
To meet the demands of such a diverse range of programs, Our system shall be designed as a platform. Extensible modules provide intuitive access to the platform for marketers, program administrators, customer service teams and partners. Web services APIs provide a data integration layer to simply seamlessly interact with POS systems, web sites, apps and other integrated systems.
EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS
With our Loyalty system, our merchant members shall be able to award points to their loyalty members, create their own unique loyalty points. They can award points based on transaction value and set minimum spend thresholds before points are awarded. Or they can set different award rates for certain products, product categories or entire departments. they can define bonus rules that set a different award rate for promotions and marketing campaigns
With this system a merchant shall be able to Scan our loyalty card using existing POS system, or on a separate tablet application.
Card or cardless programs
CARD BASED PROGRAMS
Our system shall work equally well with traditional card based programs. Our system generates card numbers which are printed on the physical cards and freely given out to the general public to always show them at any of the POSs for our merchant members to enjoy the loyalty benefits/discounts.
VIRTUAL CARDS
Virtual cards shall encode the member ID into a smartphone app. During a transaction your customers then present the app to the POS operator for scanning, or scan it themselves using a self-service scanner or kiosk.
The app shall further provide a convenient way for consumers to register for the program, maintain their details, review recent transactions and redeem vouchers.
CARDLESS LOYALTY PROGRAMS
With cardless loyalty programs we shall give an alternative identifier such as an email address, mobile phone number or payment card number. The customer registers this ID when they enrol in the program, and supply it when completing a transaction at any of our Loyalty merchant member
The values are as follows
10000=10 Points
10 points value =1000
7 points(700ugx) go to customer
3 Points (300ugx) company
Therefore each 1000 spent on point of sale there is 1 point earned that is shared by the customer and Company on 70 and 30 % basis respectively
