Write letters and followup on email

I run a kids culture club, and i need help writing to suppliers, centres, contacts to try to develop the club.

I have a lot of people to write to, and i need someone with really good correspondence skills. And someone who has worked in corporates, or with chidren centres will understand this better.
They can work from home over skype.

I am a small business, so i do need someone who will be fast and can help me achieve more in with their couple of hours of help a day.
