Workshop rota + parts tracker in Google Sheets

Broken Spoke seeks a tidy native Google Sheet to replace paper, chats and a messy spreadsheet. Build tabs: Workshop calendar (date, session type, start/end, lead, helper, capacity, booked, notes); Volunteer rota (name, role, usual weekday, contact, first-aid yes/no, last session); Parts stock (item, size/spec, location bin, qty, min qty, order flag auto-set when below min); Dashboard (this week’s sessions, who is short-staffed, items to reorder). Auto-colour order/unstaffed rows, protect headers, include a one-tab How to use with 8–10 short steps, import provided sample data (≈20 sessions, 15 volunteers, 40 parts) without inventing extras. No paid add-ons; native Google Sheets only. Deliver shareable sheet we own. Two revision rounds after phone and laptop review.
