Word processing and conversion to PDF

I have an 84 page Word document which includes photos arranged in landscape with captions in text boxes below. I should like small changes made to 2 of these. I should like 1 other amendment which is raising the title and text on the final page so that it is the same distance from the edge of the paper as all the other headings within the document.
When these 3 amendments are made, I would like the document saved in both Word(compatible) and as a PDF and sent back to me - first checking that nothing you have done has caused any other text boxes to move around under other photos!
What would you charge for this? How quickly could you return it to me?
