Well Researched Company Data Required

I am looking for some well researched data (not just a cut and pasted list of companies taken from elsewhere).

I would like a list of 50-100 UK based companies that fall into either of the two business categories:

- Lawyers/Solicitors
- Commercial/Industrial Property Management Companies

The list should only include those which have "poor" websites. Since this is subjective, we would need to do a small trial of e.g. 5 examples before we start.

The data should include the following fields (you will need to research each company to find out a contact person - ideally the COO or marketing manager):

- Company Name
- Company URL
- Contact Position
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Contact Telephone
