Weekly list building of potential clients

We are a software business and we sell to recruitment agencies across the UK. At the moment, our sales teams build their own lists in their areas of companies to target. This is time consuming as we have a very strict criteria. We'd like to try and find someone that can do this work whenever they like, provided they can deliver a list every Friday afternoon of 100 clients that fit our tight criteria. Can you help?
