Website content management

We are an internet publishing company, we currently have some ongoing work for a new project that we are developing.

We are looking for an assistant to add approximately 90 articles to a website. Web design skills are not a necessity but will be useful.

You will be provided with a login to the website where you copy and paste the articles directly into the website.

Good English skills are Essential.

When adding the articles you will need to create a title and short summary description of the article.

For the first 30 articles, all of the images are already created and uploaded, ideally for the following 60 articles we would also be able to assign to you the finding of appropriate images for each article and the preparation of the images for the web, so Photoshop or Fireworks skills would be useful.

This would involve searching http://www.stockxpert.com/ for appropriate images related to the articles, downloading them using our account login and compressing them into JPEG images of the correct size for the website. We will provide details on how to upload the images to the website (no specialist software is required) but you will be expected to have the knowledge on how to compress the images suitable for the web (we will provide the specifications for how the image should be compressed, you just need the knowledge of how to operate the software %u2013 Photoshop or Fireworks).

This current work is for adding articles which we would hope when you are up to speed would take a maximum of 15-20minutes per article. So there is approximately 30hours of work for adding articles.

We would like to develop an ongoing relationship with a virtual assistant and assign tasks to them in the future as well. This would involve article writing, uploading, image creation, keyword research.

nitially we will run a trial period for the user to add 2 articles to the website, once we are confident you can handle the work we will assign all of the articles to you.
