We need somebody to take over with the admin of running our competition website. We run new competitions every week. Weekly tasks to include:
1. Creating images for each of the 6 competitions
2. Creating website copy for each of the 6 competitions
3. Adding competitions to website (Wordpress)
4. Creating 3 emails per week in Customer.io to:
- announce the new competitions added to the site on (Wednesday evening)
- announce the winners following the draw (draws take place Wednesday - email should go out Thursday morning)
- Remind customers about the next draw (Tuesday)

    Hi Rachel,

    Before starting, there are just two things we’d like to understand:

    1. For the 6 weekly competitions, will you provide the prize details, entry price, ticket quantities, closing dates and source/product imagery each week, with us responsible for turning those into the finished copy and graphics?

    2. Are the three Customer.io email templates and audience segments already established, or would you like us to create/improve the templates and campaign structure initially as well?
