Virtual personal assistant

I need someone to perform various admin tasks using a number or online services and Microsoft Office.
I am posting an example here for you to get an idea of the sort of thing you will need to do and the tools you will need to use to do it. I have many admin tasks and this is only one. It is an example I can use to get an idea of your expertise, or your lack of it.
I need email marketing campaigns done. this particular task is a monthly one.
I collect emailed enquiries in outlook and add them to an outlook group.
There are lists of email subscribers in mailchimp.
Each month we send out a monthly newsletter.
Much of the newsletter is events that are being re-run with the same, or simillar, details for each event.
Each previous newsletter is in a mailchimp template.
To be accepted for this job, you wil need to describe, in detail, the individual tasks that you and I will need to perform to get this job done.
Insufficient detail or standard responses will be instantly deleted so don't waste your time with one.
