Experience Level: Entry
The Virtual Assistant will provide support to another VA and manage all customers queries remotely using all means, systems and procedures put at their disposal to find the best possible solution for our customers.
They will manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, chat, instant messaging, whatsapp and social media queries.
You must have a laptop / PC and Internet connection to be considered for this role. The role may change as the business evolves.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 10-4pm
Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to)
· Responding to customer emails
· Data Entry & Spreadsheets
· Sales Reports
· Product listings
· Manage online shop
· Weekly email newsletters
· Preparing shipping labels
· Dealing with couriers / logistic problems
· Knowledge of MailChimp, Adobe Suite, Zendesk is beneficial but not essential
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, motivated, quick to learn and with strong attention to detail as well as having excellent personal skills. Possessing a 'can do' attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
You will need to be able work effectively in a fast busy environment and use own initiative.
We are looking for a hard working person who can effectively manage their time and respond to our customers in a timely manner.
