JOB TITLE – MARKETING ASSISTANT
Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Assistant proficient in graphic design and social media. This will be a highly communicative position and will also require copywriting skills.
The position presents an opportunity to work with a client base from diverse backgrounds, including, but not limited to: technical, government, medical, sales, IT, & project management.
You shall have the freedom of working from the comfort of your home and yet be an integral part of an exciting organization with ample opportunities for professional development in a highly collaborative work environment.
Reports to: Account Manager and Executive Team
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Research prospects and accounts. Generate leads through cold- calling and market research.
Follow-up prospects to generate actionable leads. Qualify leads into opportunities.
Document and share qualified lead list to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities through up-selling.
Create well written Social Media posts in excellent English. Ensure content is informative, appealing and contextual. Schedule posts and engage with potential customers.
Create engaging content and copy for website, social media and other digital platforms.
Research, fine tune and write job descriptions to meet/exceed customer satisfaction.
Search for active and passive candidates through job boards, recruitment sites and social media, track candidates through the recruitment life cycle.
Achieve set targets and report progress on key metrics to the management team.
Assorted administrative activities such as responding to emails, answering calls, following up on invoices, reporting to clients and candidates, and other responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with copywriting and recruitment experience.
Experience in WordPress, graphic design. Ability to work with Canva.
Experience in candidate research through LinkedIn and related platforms.
Technologically savvy. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Experience in customer outreach through social media.
Ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong work ethics.
Great verbal and written business communication and interpersonal skills.
