Virtual Assistant – Weekly Football Data Screenshots

I am a UK-based youth football coach looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to undertake a straightforward, recurring administrative task involving football performance data.

The work involves accessing Spiideo, an online football video and performance analysis platform, capturing screenshots of specific match statistics and organising them into a predefined folder structure.

**No football analysis, video editing or specialist football knowledge is required.**

**Tasks per match:**
- Access the designated match through an account provided for the assignment.
- Follow a detailed screenshot collection checklist.
- Capture 50 standard screenshots covering match statistics, passing, shooting and possession.
- Capture two additional passing-map screenshots per player (first half and second half).
- Save screenshots as PNG files using the exact naming conventions provided.
- Organise the files into the specified folders and subfolders.
- Check that all screenshots are complete, clear and correctly named.
- Submit the completed work as one ZIP archive.

**Workload:**

Our maximum matchday squad is 16 players, meaning each match will require up to **82 screenshots** (50 standard screenshots plus 32 individual player screenshots).

Some matches may involve fewer players, resulting in fewer screenshots.

**What I will provide:**
- Individual access to Spiideo and the assigned match.
- A structured folder template.
- A detailed Word document explaining the required screenshots and filenames.
- Initial instructions and examples.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and experience taking screenshots.
- Good file organisation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Confidential handling of youth-player information.
- Availability for regular weekly assignments.

**Payment and ongoing work:**

The fixed payment is **£10 per completed match**.

We typically play **one match per week**, so this is an opportunity for consistent, recurring work throughout the football season.

There is also potential for additional work and increased responsibilities in the future, depending on reliability, performance and availability.
