Virtual Assistant (UK based) for ongoing admin support

I am looking for one or two experienced virtual administrators to assist me with my ongoing clients. I need someone who is flexible and has availability throughout the day. Busier days for the business are Thurs and Fri so I need someone who is particularly available on these days. The work involves supporting a chartered surveyor with the party wall process and building surveys and typing correspondence. We have another client who uses Dubsado and Mailchimp so anyone that has experience of this that would be great. The individual will need good internet connection, access to a good quality printer for posting documents on occasions, dictation software i.e., Express Scribe. I need someone based in the UK which will hopefully give the opportunity to meet on occasions. We are based in the West Midlands so anyone that is in that vicinity would be a real bonus. When replying please provide details of experience of the following:-
1. Use of dictation software.
2. Use of Dubsado.
3. Use of Mailchimp.
4. Use of Google Documents
5. Do you consider yourself an expert user of Word? Excel? Powerpoint? If so, explain why.
