Virtual Assistant required to fulfil Mailshots

I have a database of 2100 Scottish hotels and the project is to send the proprietor of each hotel a letter to introduce my business. Letters are standard, with the exception of changing the name & address details. The letters & envelopes must be of the highest quality (and can be supplied) and access to the company SmartStamp account will be provided to brand and print postage paid envelopes. Please supply the cost of the project, when it can be done and how long it will take. Urgency & speed of work is essential.
