Move Makers Group is not looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job.

We are a high energy Digital Marketing Agency searching for the right individual who has the positivity, commitment, and skill-set to make the most of this opportunity. Starting pay is based upon experience ($7 -$15) per hour and all possibilities for raises are based on work performance.


You will start almost immediately, and this trial will run for 8-12 weeks.
Your duties will be primarily focused on project organization, time management, and essentially being the eyes and ears for the Project Leader to ensure the two projects stay ahead of schedule.
The Project Leader will be doing all of the Copywriting and leading the team to get the project tasks completed, and you will help the Project Leader to stay organized while keeping them abreast of upcoming deadlines.

If you have a project management system that you like to use, we are open to using that.
Some days, the Project Leader will send you a video that has quick admin tasks that need to be taken care of.
Communication will be pretty much daily. Again, your focus will be on organization and project timelines.


What Qualities are needed to be successful?

You can be anywhere in the world, but you will need to be available during USA business hours CST.
If you have English-Spanish translation skills, that is a plus.
Most skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are three qualities that I am looking for:

Integrity, Commitment, Positivity.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with me and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to me and the team. We are a solution-focused agency that prefers effort and excellence over perfection.

Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and others for over 2 years. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you're just looking for a few hours of work, this is not for you.

Positivity. No matter your situation, everyone in our organization is excited about their goals and dreams in life.
