We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
You will work closely with the business owner to handle daily tasks, keep things running smoothly, and free up time for higher-level work.
Key Responsibilities:
Email and inbox management
Calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
Data entry and basic research
Document preparation and file organization
Task tracking and follow-ups
Other general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
Strong written English communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task managers
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
Available to work 20 hours per week on a consistent basis
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting online businesses or entrepreneurs
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media scheduling, or basic automation tools
