Virtual Assistant needed to provide Customer Service & Admin Task for Small Business

A one woman business is currently looking for a virtual assistant, for data entry and to provide some customer service and other small tasks if necessary.

Ideally I am looking for someone trustworthy and professional, for an ongoing position.

Your responsibilities will include adding 25 products to existing Shopify store every week and liaising with current and potential customers with any questions they might have on a daily basis.

Responsibilities in more detail:

Customer Service:

Customers can contact the business via Live Chat, Email and a contact form located on the website.

These will centralised all be sent to one specific application. You will have access to this application and are expected to stay online and available from 9-5 Monday to Friday.
You are of course free to do any other work or projects on the side, as long as you are able to answer any incoming chats or emails in a timely and professional manner.
Currently you can be expected to get approximately one Live Chat and one email per day or more. This can range from a customer chasing up their order to a potential customer asking about shipping or sizing.

You will have access to order information to be able to provide answers to these questions via notes located on their orders.

Data Entry:

Add 25 products to existing Shopify store every week.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify and can fulfil the task efficient and accurately:

- Product info and pictures will be listed in a Dropbox folder
- 25 products will be added at once and need to be scheduled posts (3-4 products scheduled every day)
- Inventory needs to be tracked and set to 0
- Tags need to be added
- Products need to be added to specific collections
- Only variables are the sizes S, M, L, XL (different colours need to be separate products)

Remember the products can be added at once but will need to have different scheduled publishing dates. So this is a straightforward, quick and easy data entry task.

This position can be ongoing with either weekly pay of $50, biweekly payment $100 or monthly payment of $200. Depending on your preference.
