Hello,
I run a small business that specialises in setting up flatshares in London. I'm looking for someone who is a freelancer, self employed as a ltd company or sole trader who can invoice me for work completed.
I do not need a lot of help - just around 30-60 minutes a day, 7 days a week.
We advertise our rooms on two websites - spareroom and easyroommate. And each day I email any people who have registered on the website. I am happy to continue doing that because I do it through iMacros and it's a fairly automated process.
What I need is someone who will reply to any emails that we get, and manage my teams diary for viewings. I can give you a clear indication of what days and hours each of the team work so that you can schedule in any viewings, or book people onto existing viewings. Obviously you would need to know how our business works, but I can tell you all of that.
Also, I will be in Ireland for 2 weeks from this Sunday so am hoping to have someone fully up and running within a day or two.
If you are interested, please let me know what hourly rate you will charge me, and what availability you would have. I would be expecting you to be able to log in 2-3 times a day to reply to any emails that come in, 7 days a week. And you would need to submit weekly invoices.
Please let me know if you are interested. You can be anywhere in the world, but you would need to have excellent written and spoken English.
