Virtual Assistant: Marketing Agency in Ireland / UK

Digital Marketing Agency seeking marketing administration support. The virtual /online role will be based on approximately 20 hours per month – with potential for additional work.

Core Tasks will include:

• Client Communications : task management , client liaison and results reporting
• Proposal Management: helping complete client proposals (info an online proposal software)
• Online PR: Approaching clients for reviews / Registering company information on B2B platforms

Note: Successful freelancer must have demonstrable experience in successfully delivering similar work

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Prove highly reliable at following up on, and completing tasks
Demonstrable experience in delivering similar work outlined in the job spec
Excellent use of English Language – for oral and written communications
Very strong attention to detail – especially spelling and grammar
Occasional flexibility to work during UK time to follow up with Clients
