Virtual Assistant from mid-January onwards ENG/SPA

We're a small Easter Island-based travel company looking for a part-time VA for about 1 hour's work per day from Jan 15th onwards. Responsibilities include:

Answering emails (in English)
Making hotel reservations (in Spanish)
Booking guides via WhatsApp (English & Spanish)
Managing our tour calendar
Creating client invoices (MS Word)
Maintaining salaries spreadsheet (MS Excel)

Good written English and Spanish are both essential. The work is straight-forward and logical, and isn't particularly demanding or time-consuming. Successful candidate can be based worldwide.
