Virtual Assistant for File Rename & Organisation

I need someone to file approx. 500 previously downloaded PDF research articles.

You will need to change the name of each PDF file to reflect the content so and then file into a category folder and add tags for search ease.

The job requires a methodical approach, attention to detail and the ability to think logically. I will provide suggested categories and tags but need someone who can also identify anomalies and propose alternatives when needed.

This is not a simple case of just filing - each PDF will need to be opened, its content quickly grasped and then categorised and tagged accordingly. You don't need to read each article in full but may have to scan read to grasp how it should be filed and tagged.

I am looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently with a good grasp of English.
