Virtual assistant for between 5-20 hours per month

I'm looking for a virtual assistant. Initially to help my up to 5-20 hours a month.

I am a self employed contractor IT project manger in London.

I am looking for support in the following tasks:
- date entry (excel)
- book keeping
- internet research
- transcription
- responding and summarising emails
- managing domestic correspondence
- domestic admin
