Virtual Assistant for ADHD Support

I am a busy professional who happens to have quite severe ADHD. I thrive in a routine but Covid-19 ended the last one and I’m struggling to get back in the driving seat.

I am looking for a person who has knowledge/experience of adult ADHD and its impact who will connect with me at several points throughout the day to support developing a routine. Someone patient yet tenacious, firm yet understanding who “gets” neurodiversity.

Example contact points are:
- 8am: 15 mins phone call to ensure awake and meds taken. Set goals for the day.
- 12noon: 15 mins phone call to encourage mindfulness activity and ensure lunch planned.
- 4pm: check in to support wrapping up work tasks and getting some exercise.
- 8pm: 15 mins phone call to ensure dinner eaten, social activity planned, not trapped by hyperfocus, etc

There’s not much to it but it really does help.
