Virtual Assistant to a Director during Product Launch / Marketing

Hello,
I am a founder at a small company to manage a team of less than 20 spread across the world. We are self funded and organically growing with a bunch of people that I call family.

We are working on number of customer projects and products. One of the products are set to launch in 4 to 5 weeks so happy but busy days. https://www.eqolines.com/

So why i am looking for somebody to help us?
I am not looking for somebody to manage my diary and do some basic boring chores that i am trying to farm out. A lot of difference that i could make to my team and our business is down to doing good research, find ways to execute and short list findings.
The product launch is also creating a lot of marketing tasks that i do not have enough time in the diary to tackle and need a helping hand in many aspects like working with content writers, lead gen, CRM etc and coordinating between freelancers and team members.

I need somebody who has amazing researching skills, organized and meticulous detailed.

Required skills:
- Good spoken and written English
- Spreadsheet and powerpoint
- Awesome at research
- Previous experience in assisting in marketing efforts
- Linkedin sales navigator
- CRM and email automation (not mandatory)

Effort per week:
I envisage that we will start with small number of hours in first few weeks to get to know each other and build up once a rhythm in place.
