Virtual Assistant – Candidate Research & Sourcing (Ongoing)

I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to work with me on an ongoing basis, initially helping source candidates for various personal/private roles in London.

I will provide a specification for each role. Your responsibility will be to research, identify, approach and qualify suitable candidates, using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, online communities and other relevant channels.

For each assignment, you will be expected to deliver an agreed minimum number of qualified candidates who have confirmed genuine interest in the opportunity, rather than simply providing lists of profiles or contact details.

You should be able to:

Understand a brief and identify the right candidate profile
Independently determine where and how to find suitable people
Approach and establish initial interest
Screen candidates against the key requirements
Provide an organised shortlist of qualified, interested candidates
Support wider research and lead-generation tasks as required

I’m looking for someone resourceful, analytical and results-focused who can take a specification and work independently.

This is intended to become an ongoing working relationship, with regular assignments and the potential for a full-time salaried opportunity for the right person.
