Looking for a reliable and dedicated admin / virtual assistant with exceptional attention to detail, excellent research skills. Very organised and thorough with their work to support business needs. Some of the Daily tasks includes but not limited to:
1. Process orders on shopify and notify customers where there is delay
2. Process chargebacks
3. Process returns
4. provide assistance to customers via web chat and respond to customer emails
8. All other duties as required
