• Write property manual for all properties we let (instruct pack to give tenant)
• Arrange Notices
• Organise maintenance
• Write prescribed letters
• Provide all quality evidence for every property
• Handle email enquiries (Get them interested/validate enquiry for indicative offer)
Internet Marketer
• Create Links (Inbound and outbound)
• Blogs
• Ebooks
• Sales Script
• Re-writing existing learning docs we have
• Place ads on free sites (Gumtree, freeads, vivastreet etc)
• Google Adword campaign
• Adword Research
• Social Networking Sites
