Virtual Assistant/Administrator

I am looking for someone to help me with the following tasks on a weekly/monthly basis;

Email all clients to confirm meetings and appointments - weekly
Schedule all Social Media activity via Hootsuite or similiar - for each month
Cleanse data on Mailchimp as required
Schedule mailchimp campaigns for each month
Enter all expenses onto Xero/Excel spreadsheet
Complete contracts of employment, offer letters etc using set up templates for clients
Create templates for the business as required.
Research venues for workshops as required
Research for any projects as required
