We need someone who can do the following:
Administrative Support (Subscription Management support for our magazine, Scheduling of appointments, E-mail filtering, Basic Invoicing and Admin Docs)
Social Media Management (Very clearly instructed Social Media Management via Buffer
Web research (lead generation)
Correspondence (Outreach to leads, basic
Newsletter (Very clearly instructed and based on templates in MailChimp)
We are a Media Company, our main focus is to create a lot of content for our publishing products and also to serve our clients with content marketing consulting services. The VA would primarily be working for our Founder.
We work with the following software that needs to be adopted/known by the VA: Asana (project management), Calendars (scheduling), Skype (calls), Mailchimp (Newsletter), E-mail (Correspondence), Microsoft Office, Buffer (Social Media) and basic Wordpress (website subscription management).
Not all of the tasks above are a daily occurrence it is mostly a mix. Sometimes can be heavier and others lighter on certain tasks.
We estimate that we need someone for 4-5 hours a day, with impeccable English and communication skills.
