>>Work to solve problems with marketing company on the logistics of newsletters
>>Send email responses to inquiries about membership, sponsorship
>>Send welcome email and onboard new members
>>Maintain database of authors
>>Create invitation letters
>>Update websites
>>communicate with appropriate people on team
>>other duties as assigned

Knowledge of constant contact; Wordpress; Eventbrite and Mac is a plus but not mandatory. Great grammar and quick turnaround is essential.
