Virtual Admin Expert

I run a small energy brokerage and cost management solutions service, working closely with established energy suppliers to provide our North region-wide client base. www.inenergyltd.com

The job is to work as a Virtual Administrator that primarily supports the sales process but also has the wider capability to contribute other admin work.

The main tasks will be:

- Document Creation via portal and MS-Word and docu-sign
- Contract Submission via email and portal
- Contract Submission via email and online portal
- Checking & logging various tasks are completed via CRM
- Checking Live Dead Reports.
- Zen Desk queries at a later stage

The work is due to be phased in after subsequent training via Zoom. Onsite training may also take place subject to government guidelines
