Virtual Admin Assistant

Virtual Assistant for the following tasks (but not limited to only these):
- create templates
- data entry of customer database
able to copy paste from various sources to our own single excel database
- create mailing lists on mail chimp
- manage email communication and responses from brand ambassadors
- manage vendor deliverables
- collate info and manual manage stock inventory
- update product descriptions online

Must be good with:
ms office suit - especially excel template and formula creation
microsoft access (optional)
mail chimp newsletter database
willing to learn to use online back office programme

Please quote hourly rate or weekly rate with number of hours included
