I run a very small online business based in Birtley and I’m looking for an experienced reliable UK (only) based virtual assistant to help with customer enquiries and some light admin on a long-term basis.
The work is around 3–4 hours per week in total, spread across short check-ins during weekday office hours, mainly responding to emails, occasional calls, and helping with orders.
Full training is provided. If this might fit into your current work, I’d be interested to hear a little about your experience and availability.

I've question about your jobdesk, could you give examples of occasional calls? What platform would be used to make those calls? My concern is the roaming charge of those calls, if there is any.
